Eclipse Season: Initiating a Summer of Love

Riding wave after lunar wave of eclipse season energy as they roll toward the solar shore of summer’s zenith.

After the prophetic and philosophically expansive flash of insight of May’s Super Flower Blood full lunar eclipse in Sagittarius, we blossom into being in the dual light and dark of the solar eclipse new moon in Gemini.

All full moons archetypally symbolize a time of heightened consciousness, and like this moons jargon implies, the downloads that beamed in were super-charged with personal meaning.

Combined with the Sun and recently retrograde Mercury in Gemini, this lunation locked our heads into a steady buzz and stoked the fire in our hearts, revealing doors of awareness previously hidden with great magnitude, and multiplicity.

This influence also created an opportunity to slow down and integrate the lurking shadows illuminated in the dark of our psyche by asking us why we hide parts of ourselves away when called to new dimensional heights, or lengths: what causes us to shrink with hesitation or dim down, when we truly long to stand tall and shine our authentic, golden light? What stands in the way of that light, that must be spelled, named, and cast out to dispel its power in our lives?

True change brings with it, an ebbing ocean of emotions to navigate, realizations to reconcile and forests full of paths never walked before on our journey, alone or together. This dense work requires so much of our own self honesty, but also compassion for the truth of it. We do the best we can with the understanding we have as it arrives, and it’s a continual unfolding of awareness and integration. Our rhythms have their boundaries, so may we be both clear and kind with ourselves as we honor the process of alignment. Timelines of true reflection aren’t rushed, but respected.

Luckily, this month we are assisted by Jupiter, sailing through Pisces, collectively sending us a wash of angelic, unconditional love and devotion for whatever ignites our core circuitry. The inner worlds of intuition and dream are dripping with gold at this time, feel divinely inspired, past life-influenced, and synchronistically attuned to the animus of the world. Enlightenment feels so tangible we could almost taste it. Maybe we very well did, or will be, under the influence of the eclipses this season, the themes of which can manifest for months onward.

To make things even sweeter, Venus in Cancer imbues our affection--romantic and friendly--with deeply tender psychic intuition, and trailblazing Mars, embarking Leo, lends a burst of passion, child-like delight, and pride to our actions! With our quicksilver head, and heart of gold given the opportunity to align, what mountains can we move? And at this time, too, we soften to move through our worlds in greater harmony, which will cause us to ask: how can I be of service to others? Answering that higher calling of co-creativity has the power to manifest a soul-tribe, soul-mate, or soul-path unlike anything experienced before: an unimaginable expansion at any level fathomable. Which is the totally dreamy, very steamy, Summer of Love, VIBE we’ve all craved. And with Solstice days away it’s all just getting started!
